Guido Weischedel - Co-Owner of GfKM CMII Europe will speak at the BrightTALK summit on Configuration Managment on Dec 14, 2010.

Minimizing Corrective Action with the CMII Standard:

Most organizations spend more than 40% of its resources on intervention. They operate in the corrective action mode. The amount of corrective action is dependent on the quality of requirements. With clear, concise and valid requirements the amount of rework goes down close to zero. Configuration Management based on the CMII standard provides the right business process infrastructure for improving the quality of requirements and for speeding up the change process.
